Research

1. Sitemap

I developed a site map specifically for the event, showing the list of pages within the website that are accessible to users. The website is meant to provide current and potential clients with event information, vendor pages, RSVPs, and additional information for the entire event.

2. Photography

I photographed the healthcare vignettes then collaborated with our in-house Marketing Department to create the event booklet.

Pictures of the showroom arranged for the event, which were utilized in all marketing and event materials.

3. Final web design & marketing material

After the initial event kick-off meeting with the APG team, I contacted participating vendors to coordinate all logistics and select furniture pieces that fulfilled the event categories. I then created the necessary websites for the event: main info page, RSVPs, and related events. After we placed the furniture, I worked with APG's Marketing Department to create event product booklets.
